Frequently Asked Questions

–Question: What do I need to do to book a limousine, sedan or bus?

Answer: In order to reserve the vehicle(s) of your choice, you will need to contact us with the date, time, and location of pick-up, etc. and provide us with a credit card number and expiration date.



–Question: How soon do I need to reserve the limousine, sedan or bus?

Answer: As soon as you have the date and time that you will need transportation. Keep in mind that weekends fill up quickly!



–Question: May I smoke in the automobile?

Answer: In respect of all of our clients, smoking is usually NOT permitted, although a smoking car may be available by request.



–Question: Is alcohol permitted in the automobile?

Answer: Alcohol is permitted in the automobile, only if everyone in the car is over 21.



–Question: What happens if I go over the rented time?

Answer: You are responsible for any additional time over your rented time, if the vehicle is available. (If not reserved for another client immediately following your booked time.)



–Question: What if I want flowers (or any other “extra”) in the limo?

Answer: We will attempt to fulfill your requests. The charge to you will be our cost for the item(s).

–Question: Can I cancel the reservation?

Answer: Yes, with a 7 days advanced notice, if less than 7 days the amount of your 1 hour deposit will be forfeited.
